SHIPPING CARRIER
- Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
- Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.
HANDLING, TRANSIT & ORDER CUT OFF TIME
- Order handling time is 1 to 5 business days.
- Shipments in the US, CA, AU, and Europe are transited in 7 to 15 business days.
- Shipments in other countries are transited in 15 to 30 business days.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at

TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, it comes with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you.
CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.
