Refund policy
Return Period
You may return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide shipping credit for returns.
Responsibility for Damaged Packages
Please note that once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for any damage or mishandling by the postal service.
Eligibility for Returns
Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. Items must be returned to the warehouse from which they were shipped.
Exchanges and Defective Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us. We will process a replacement or a full refund. For exchanges due to size or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
No Store Credit
We do not issue store credit for returns. Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Late or Missing Refunds
